The overarching legacy of the programme is the implementation of plans for Greater Manchester as the first Creative Health City Region by 2024. This is an ambitious plan, rooted in community and place and where heritage, culture and the arts play a key role addressing systemic inequalities across the life course. These plans build directly on the learning and momentum of the past three years’ activity and our cross-sector partnerships with organisations from health, arts, heritage, housing, local government, academia and the voluntary sector.
